Cancellation & Refund Policy

At A & C Christofi Ltd (“ACC CY”), we strive to ensure that our clients are fully satisfied with the services we offer. However, we understand that plans can change, and circumstances may arise that require you to cancel an appointment or service. The following Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines how we handle cancellations and refunds to ensure clarity and satisfaction for both our clients and our team. Please read this Policy carefully, as it forms a binding agreement between you and ACC CY. This Policy shall be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all the capitalized terms used in this Policy shall have the same meaning as ascribed to them in the Terms & Conditions.


We use our best endeavour to provide accurate and materially complete description of all the services, subscription, and its features. However, we do not warrant that such description will always be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. We reserve the right to bring new features, and/or take out certain features of our services at any time at our sole discretion.



Clients may cancel appointments without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.


For services availed and paid for online, clients may cancel within 7 days of the transaction if the service has not yet been commenced. If work has already begun, clients may still cancel, but the refund will be prorated based on the extent of services already provided.


To cancel an appointment or a service, clients must notify ACC CY through the provided contact methods on our website or app. Please include your name, service booked, and the scheduled date and time of the appointment or service commencement


(a) Eligibility:

Refunds are only eligible for cancellations within the stipulated time frames and conditions mentioned above. Refunds for services partially rendered will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.


Refunds will be processed within 14 working days from the date of cancellation. The refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used during the transaction, unless otherwise specified by the client.

(c) Non-refundable Services:

Certain services may be non-refundable once commenced. This includes, but is not limited to, services that involve third-party costs that ACC CY cannot recover. Clients will be informed of such conditions before the commencement of any service.

(d) Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected period, first check your bank account again and contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [contact information]


ACC CY reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that ACC CY shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the servics.


Unless provided by the relevant statute, rules, or directives applicable to the jurisdiction in which you reside, in case of any claims, disputes or controversies arising out of or in relation to the services, or this Policy, the same shall be dealt with as per the Governing Law and Dispute Resolution clause as mentioned in the Terms & Conditions


We may add to or change or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time, from time to time, entirely at our own discretion, with or without any prior written notice. You are responsible for checking this Policy periodically. Your use of the platform after any amendments to this Policy shall constitute your acceptance to such amendments.
