Cyprus registered companies must pay an annual company fee at the Department of the Registrar of Companies every year. For the year 2021, the fee is payable the latest by 30 June 2021.

The annual company fee, as in previous years, is set at €350 per company.

Non-payment of the annual government levy, will result in penalties and the de-registration (strike off) of the company from the registry of Cyprus companies.
